Dear Belinda,
There are several ways that you can do this.  You can call the Milwaukee Enrollment Center at 1-888-947-6583 and talk to a representative.
You may also complete the changes online at www.access.wisconsin.gov and fax the verification needed by printing out the fax cover sheet with the bar code.  Then you can come to the Student Legal Clinic in Room M346 and use our fax machine to send in your verification.
You may also make an appointment with the Milwaukee County worker who visits the Student Legal Clinic every other Monday to do initial applications and reviews for students.  Appointments are available at 9,10,11,1 and 2 o’clock.
You may call 414-297-6630 to make an appointment with the Milwaukee County worker.  The next appointment date is October 29.  It is important to remember to bring your photo ID, proof of any income, proof of your rent amount, Social Security card, and your school schedule.
