Finding who C.A.R.E.S

Counselors Advocating Resources and Education, C.A.R.E., is not only an awesome acronym but an excellent team of Licensed Professional Counselors with a primary focus on establishing a community that cares about the whole student and shares information about resources on campus and in the community.
Helping students with issues that affect their academic progress and success is another focus of C.A.R.E. Each MATC campus has a team of LPCs available to help students with resources and supportive listening geared toward student success. The C.A.R.E team will also sponsor MATC events such as depression screenings in May, which is Mental Health Month.
The C.A.R.E team offices are located in S203 at the Downtown Milwaukee campus, A106 at the Oak Creek campus, A110 at the Mequon campus, and A106 at the West Allis campus.
