Mindful coloring, also known as coloring meditation, is a type of art therapy that involves coloring in pre-drawn illustrations while focusing on the present moment. This event will be recurring throughout the semester!
Join us on Thursdays in the 3rd Floor Student Lounge Area from noon-2 p.m. for our “In Living Color” mindful coloring. All art materials will be supplied.
