According to Maria Abrego, Student Services Specialist Veterans/Financial Aid (Room S222), on Friday, November 11, veterans are invited to a complimentary lunch in Room M605 at the Downtown Campus at 11 a.m.

Veterans are also invited to a second event on Thursday November 17, with David Rueth, Regional Coordinator for Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs and Jim Duff, Milwaukee County Veterans Affairs Director. This event will take place at 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in room S120. Rueth and Duff will explain Federal and State government educational benefits for veterans and their spouses as well as dependents. MATC staff will also answer any questions and provide information.

The November 17 presentations will be broadcast to the regional campuses in the following rooms: Mequon, Room A129, Oak Creek Room A200E, West Allis, Room 104E (10 a.m. session), and Room 117 (5 p.m. session). For more information contact Maria Abrego in S222 414-297-6394 or [email protected].
