Fashion Design students from the late 1930’s display their class projects used for a performance in the Cooley Auditorium. Pattern making as well as dress design classes filled quickly each semester. MATC (then Milwaukee Vocational School) provided unique skills for graduates from this era, who later opened many clothing sales and repair shops throughout Milwaukee and surrounding counties.
This is the third in a series of historical pictures in celebration of the MATC’s 100 years.
