Former culinary student,
Patrick Sepe, shows exactly how
he put his degree to work for him.
Partnering with another culinary
graduate, Pietro Balistreri, they
currently own the Balistreri
Brother’s located at 2952 S. 13th
Street. This place still retains it’s
original family owned and run
feel, having been owned and
operated by the Balistreri’s since
the 1970’s. They also deliver their
freshly baked breads to over fifty
local stores. Being proud of thier
success and wanting to show
appreciation for their education
here at MATC they are currently
offering an 10% discount off any
pizza or dinner purchase over
$10 to students showing their
current MATC ID.
