Coming up on February 16, in room 117 at the West Campus, there will be a health presentation sponsored by the West Allis Student Government. Dr. Matt Srahm, representing Maximized Living, will be speaking. Since health is a very vague topic, he will be focusing on the five essentials that his company focuses on and believes to be very important. The list consists of having a maximized mind, nerves, nutrition, oxygen, lean muscle, and minimized toxins. He will be filling you in on all of these and why they are so important to have in your life. According to their web site, “without these essentials, you are unable to live a long, healthy and fulfilled life that you are meant to live.” For more information, the Maximized Living website is http://www.maximizedliving.com/5Essentials.aspx. There will be ads going up around the school next week to give out more information regarding the time that the event will
take place.
