Cuisine has opened its doors for another semester. Located downtown on the sixth floor of the Main Building, MATC’s restaurant, Cuisine, is both exquisitely good and affordable.The dining room at Cuisine is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for lunch, 11:15a.m.-12:15 p.m.

The dining room itself is well run, with a friendly and well-informed wait staff. The restaurant has a fairly casual setting, although the food is anything but.

Cuisine offers a varied and interesting menu from all over the world. The menu changes regularly, so check back often. With several interesting and well-prepared starters, entrées and desserts offered with every new menu, the menu gives diners a nice opportunity to try things they may never have seen, or to try an excellent take on an old favorite.

Though the individual prices may vary depending on the menu, meals at Cuisine run at a very reasonable price. Cuisine also now offers a 10% student discount.

Dining at Cuisine is also a wonderful opportunity to see MATC’s school of Culinary Arts in action and at some of its finest.
