How big of a health threat is Ebola to the U.S.?

The current Ebola crisis, which began early this year, has devestated Africa with record- breaking rates.
Almost 7,500 cases have been reported and close to 3,500 people have succumbed to the virus; making it one of worst infectious disease outbreaks in recent history.
Despite efforts, the illness has continued to spread through Africa. This begs the question, is a spread to the United States possible and if so how big of a health threat will it be?
We polled six MATC students to find out their take on the situation.
