Start your week with stress relieving and mindfulness activities from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in front of the Student Life Office (A102) at the Mequon Campus. Starting on August 21, learn breathing tips and techniques, and meditation exercises. Get free stuff too. Visit the new and improved meditation room located on the second floor. Come and go as you please. This event takes place every Monday.
