The MATC Times is focusing on some of our Stormers who graduate on Sunday. We reached out to all men’s and women’s coaches and asked them to highlight a player/players on their team.

This spotlight focuses on Men’s Tennis and is written by Head Men’s & Women’s Tennis Coach Mark Picard.

Nolwin Guilarte is a TV and Video Production Major who played tennis for two years at MATC. Nolwin came to us with limited tennis experience but showed a true love for the game and has worked hard to improve. He has a great attitude and I have enjoyed having him on my team. Next year Nolwin plans to attend Southern Adventist University to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production.

CJ Brewington is an Education Major. This was his second season playing tennis at MATC. CJ had little experience playing tennis when he tried out for the team. CJ has worked hard to gain skills and improve his game. I am happy that he tried out and was able to make the team, I’ve enjoyed working with him. CJ will be attending UW-Milwaukee to pursue his Bachelor’s
