Employee Ombuds is a confidential, informal, independent and impartial resource for staff, faculty and administrators experiencing a workplace concern or conflict. They listen, explore options, offer communication and conflict management coaching, and facilitate individual or group conversations. They are available for phone virtual or in-person appointments.
