MATC hosted its 2024 Winter General Education Development (GED)/High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) Graduation ceremony in Cooley Auditorium, on December 17.
Nearly 300 students were honored for earning General Educational Development (GED) certificates or High School Equivalency Diplomas (HSED). The ceremony recognized students who graduated from MATC and five community-based educational partners – Dominican Women’s Center, Emerging Scholars, Literacy Services of Wisconsin, UMOS Inc. and YWCA Southeast Wisconsin.
Professional and student speakers shared stories of resilience, determination and returning to school while raising their families.
