The Downtown Campus is hosting two career fairs this week, designed for students/alumni to explore their career paths and connect with potential employers. The annual fairs provide opportunities to speak directly with recruiters, present resumes, practice interviews and learn about career fields of their interest. Attendees collect stickers, business cards, gear and valuable giveaways as they move from table to table, finding careers designed for them.
On Tuesday, September 30, students in the Community & Human Services, Healthcare careers and General Education Pathway were invited to attend the fair that took place in room M605. It sponsored a total of 32 employers who connected with students and offered insight in their careers.
On Wednesday, October 1, students studying Business, Creative Arts, and STEM pathways will gather in the same space (M605) from 11 p.m. – 2 p.m.
