Times Senior EditorAs if Cuisine Dining wasn’t a good enough reason to support MATC’s culinary arts program. For the second year in a row, the instructors and students of the culinary arts at MATC, along with the MATC foundation, invite you to their Five Star Food & Wine Evening.
Five Star is a fundraiser benefiting hospitality scholarships and programs at MATC. The event will feature dishes from France, Italy, Asia, and Latin America all paired with a variety of wines, and prepared by MATC’s culinary arts students.
