Once you’ve created a Facebook account, you can personalize it by installing free applications on your profile. iLike enables you to post your favorite songs on your profile for all to see. A comparison of musical taste is automatically done for you and all friends who have this application. You can even dedicate a song to someone special.
Flixster lets you search for any movie, rate it and then list your favorites for all to see. However, this application does automatically send invites to all your friends without your approval.
“Where I’ve been” allows you to show off what countries you’ve lived in, been to, and want to go. There’s even an option to show the cities you’ve been to. The application could be more user friendly for adding countries and cities, and it could do without the random trivia quiz.
To get “Where I’ve been” to show up on your profile is really easy. At the top of your profile where it says “[Wall] [Info] [Photos] [ + ]” click the plus sign and then click “Where I’ve been.”
