The MATC Black History Awards banquet honors African Americans within MATC and the surrounding local community. The banquet was held Friday, March 1, at the MATC Downtown Campus. It was an opportunity to discuss Historically Black Colleges and Universities, to connect with individuals who share the same interests, and a chance to network with professionals and community leaders in an environment that encourages collaboration, empowerment, and growth. It was a celebration to recognize the achievements and milestones within the Black community for those who have made extraordinary progress.
