The way I deal with stress for school is to make sure I’m always on top of my game and never slacking. I make sure I know what I’m doing and keeping in contact with my professors. For everyday life stress, it’s a little different. I always try to focused on the right things and not let myself get overwhelmed. I like to break stuff down so it’s easier to digest and manage. The best way to take it is one step at a time.
