The Times took a random poll at the Downtown Milwaukee campus food court and asked,‘What do you think of the food at MATC?’

“I had a burger recently and it had a good taste to it. Definitely better than whatever they were using before, better than what I expected.”

“I like it, but I’m here all day and I eat it a lot so it gets boring. It would be nice if they had chicken curry … something different.”

“I eat it pretty much every day… I like the salad bar. The potato bar is pretty good. It’s good they have some healthy options.”

“It’s a lot of the same thing. They need more variety. Rice, cabbage, different types of meats and sandwiches, more options.”

“I think it’s alright. I’ve been here for four years so I’ve kind of tried it all. They should sell more healthy food; there’s not much variety there.”

“I see that they’ve changed the menu and tried different things, like with the chicken. I’d like to see more students involved in the café.”
