Dr. Martin Luther King’s goddaughter Donzaleigh Abernathy was the keynote speaker at a MLK Birthday Celebration event at MATC. Abernathy, the daughter of Civil Rights leader Ralph Abernathy, shared her experiences growing up in the midst of the Civil Rights movement on January 15 at the Downtown Campus.
