Southeastern Wisconsin treat lovers headed to the Polish Center of Wisconsin in Franklin for the Wisconsin Bakers Association’s Pączki Party & Mardi Gras Dessert Tasting Experience this past weekend.
The tasting lineup included signature samples from seven iconic local bakeries:

- Grebe’s
- Le Rêve Patisserie & Café
- Elsie Mae’s
- MOR Bakery
- Bakehouse 23 MKE
- Breadsmith of Appleton
Treats ranged from traditional filled pączki to decadent king cakes.
