Photo finish for the photography program

On April 26, MATC Photography students had the opportunity to go to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel to watch the judging of the WNPA Student Photo Contest, and see if their photos would place. The photos that were submitted to the statewide contest needed to be shot by photography students anytime in 2012. A majority of the photos that are submitted were photos the students captured for class assignments during their 2012 school year.  Under the instruction of MATC photography instructors Elliot Schnackenberg, Jim Buivid, John Glembin, Maria Huebner and Mark Saxon, the students’ photographs stole the show and placed in several categories of the contest.
