Freshman midfielder Braden Kison has been named NJCAA All-Region 4 First Team for the 2025-26 campaign.
Kison’s Accomplishments
Kison played in all 12 games during the regular season of men’s soccer; he has a record of nine shot attempts and has a total of 16 goals. His consistency and work ethic on the field have stood out throughout the year. He’s known for applying pressure on the field and controlling the ball with confidence. Kison’s presence shines a spotlight on the team and has averaged 1.3 goals per game.
Men’s soccer head coach Aaron Gentry congratulated Kison on the honor, “Braden consistently demonstrated tremendous technical ability, work ethic, and physical leadership on the pitch,” he says. Gentry adds that, beyond Kison’s athletic achievements, he has a strong presence that represents the team and MATC with integrity, humility, and commitment. “We are proud of his accomplishments and the example he sets for his teammates and peers,” Gentry said.
