GAME 1

DUPAGE 4 MATC 2

In game one MATC jumped out to an early lead in the bottom of the first with a Blake Bugher 2 out double that scored Carson Sieler. DuPage took the lead in the top of the 3rd inning after a two-run single off the bat of Hudson Williams. The Stormers tied the game 2-2 in the bottom of the fifth after an Easton Morehouse RBI single. The game remained level until the top of the 8th. After a two out error led to runners on 2nd and 3rd, Cullen Kleinsasser drove in the eventual game winning runs to put DuPage ahead 4-2.  Zakary Vanlergerghe (MATC) had a strong outing in relief pitching 5 innings with no earned runs. Hayden Fellows led the Stormer offense with two hits.

GAME 2

DUPAGE 0 MATC 9

The Stormers took game 2 in convincing fashion. MATC jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the 1st starting with a Hayden Fellows RBI double. Gavin Garnica joined the party with a two run single and Blake Bugher later stole home for the 4th run of the inning. MATC put up another 4 runs in the 5th. Jaiden Jung blew the game open with a two run blast to left field that scored Austin Arnold. Tyler Lee padded the lead with a two run single that scored Hayden Fellows and Carson Sieler. Isaiah Head (MATC) was masterful on the mound throwing a complete game one hitter. Hayden Fellows led the Stormer offense going 2-3 with 2 RBI and 2 runs scored.
